company year end dinner



i originally wanted to take leave.. but figured.. aye.. better go for this dinner...we went to The Bistro at NUSS Guild house at suntec... french food is the theme and most of us were worried we won't be full hahaha.. but i love the candle lights though heheheh..very nice siah..

but pretty stress cos got 2 table.. one are the division heads, MD and Chairman.. the other table our respective managers and the rest of us side kicks hahah.. think it's the first time MD saw myface.. he only remember there's one girl doing bpm/ODC ah but dunno who.. hahha..
the food i have to say is not bad..


before the dishes they had peanuts, chips and garlic bread to fill us up though.. and our div heads brought their own wine .. which i have to say taste better than ones i usually have. Together with the constant refilling of water, im half full before they serve the dished though hehehe
this is the appetiser.. some salmon thing.. with olives..(marinated norwegian salmon with mirepoix vegetables, fresh herbs and pink peppercorn)
then come the pumpkin soup (harvest pumpkin soup topped with sour cream and nutmeg)

main course.. turkey cordon bleu .. im the only one that ordered this.. but i love it though.. turkey is pretty tender, then there's melted cheese and ham inside.. y um yum.. the potatoes albiet small taste great also wahhahah


the dessert.. we didn't think much about it.. but it turned out surprisingly good.. would be very gelard if it's too much... (chocolate royaltine drizzled with berry coulis)

pretty worth bearing my flu bound nose there though..
