Thanksgiving =)

Thank God she got a placement in NIE, and for a pretty good school. Any earlier she might not have gathered enough experience. God’s timing is always perfect ^_^

I like what Pastor Lim shared in his email blast to the members..

[Satan tells you it is not worthwhile to do what you are doing for your family. The truth is God sees all your efforts. Be faithful, even if others are not responsive!....
Satan tells you that you are incompetent and inadequate. The truth is God can and will work through your weakness to perfect His will!
Satan tells you to give up. The truth is when Christ is Lord, we are more than conquerors….]

My mind is a battlefield all the time.. God says, continue to renew our mind in Him and place our hopes in Him. My sis reminded me that I already have a lot of blessings in Him, so it’s a good thing to remember His blessings for me then..

1. I have an awesome family. One of best parents in the world with awesome values and characters. Awesome sisters who are my sane voices and mind, buddies and best friends. And awesome brother in laws with great values in life and also dote on me.
2. I have a job and allows me to have more than sufficient
3. I relatively have colleagues that I can click with
4. I don’t have any major sickness and illness
5. I have friends in my life and friends who accept me for who I am and I know will be there for me if I ask them.
6. Church mates who are understanding and wonderful to me.
7. I’m given the opportunity to attain my black belt
8. I’m healthy enough to do Acropolates which I love now.
9. I have an honest and awesome gym trainer.
10. I’m happy with the way I look (well except the many inches I could lose, which well thank god for point 9 then )
11. I’m not in need and not in debt.
12. And most of all, I have Jesus with me and in me. Peace that only He can give if I remain in Him and Him in me. Apart from Him, I can do nothing and Thank God for His amazing grace and love that He loves me for who I am and no matter what I did right or wrong can make Him love me more or less.
