Psalms 27:4-6 One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. 5 For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock. 6 Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the LORD.”
Stir it up in our hearts lord, a passion for Your Name.
I should dedicate my prayer and devotional this week to just praising God.. and for once stop talking about my issues and how I feel.. or maybe because I’ve been living my weeks too much for myself and a motivation that I have. Lord, let me seek Your face daily and gaze at Your beauty...
park here a good devotional to remind myself of: http://www.crosswalk.com/devotionals/daily%20disciples%20devotional/11580402/
Good to hear new testimonies from Kelvin Soh and his wife Suzanna... God bless them in their work that they can reach out to the non Christians easily with his music that bridge the gap easily. It's not easy to share that you have owed so much and that you have dabbled in mediums etc to a general public.. but it's a good testimony which kelvin soh has very nicely supported his wife with his side of the story in her whole issue.. He was sharing about how they met and got together too.. one funny part.. he went " there is a very important thing i want you all to listen to.. *pause for effect* that is if you follow God, suitors will follow you" *faint* ..anyway it kinda brings to a reminder the stark contrast what I’m doing (or not doing ) to share the good news?
Pole class was kinda painful esp when i knock my knee and was balancing with like one arm... I miss going for tkd classes in the weekdays :( can’t wait for week of 23rd to come when I resume training. And Arik on reservist so no PT in the weekend also... *groan*
But otherwise, Great weekend! Finally caught up with Nicky and Rach. Bali here we come, Rachel!
