I'm getting very frustrated & repressed. so pent up abt e fact I can t work out much, I can only settle for boring crunch & ball-works.
I so wanna practise my 360, jumping & spinning kicks! I wanna be able to kick e target & bag so hard I bleed. I miss getting pushed to e ultimate limit by mr rivas in class! I wanna practise my sparring & do watever I wan! miss that adrenaline & feelgd thing.
I so miss working out 3 , 4 hrs non stop , miss pushing myself & sweating it all out..miss having my PT sessions, miss spending hours @ e gym. miss attending all the classes...
sigh. for now I can t sit,stand or walk too long w/0 feeling painful . :( :( :(
