Routine, work out and other MA.

so happy, my gym session last marked a proper return to exercise routine, at least the cardio part. Even though i've still been going gym during this rest period of mine to tone up and build strenght, but cardio is still an imporant part of any exercise routine.

While i m giving myself a break from lessons next 2 weeks again, i'll probably be working out at gym more to tone and build strength, run more for cardio and build stamina and explore drills to build up my agility for sparring. I'm so not agile and so slow in my sparring i need to do something about it. And i need to lose weight, no longer solely just to look good, but i don't think i can do any jumping kick properly nor can i spar effortlessly with my current weight. Press on !

IF only i can find someone to work out with me, to spur me on and work out together in the crazy routine i've planned out for myself so i don't become de-motivated or at least to give tips on the agility and speed.... cos i'm still clueless on how to build this part up.

Anyway, really hope to reach Black belt soon.. then at least i've reached a milestone, and i can explore WIng chun, jujitsu &/Or Kapap/krav maga..
