jogging

went for my standard 5km run although damn slow.. but good to complete it cos stamina laggng from all the hols.. realised jogging is a really good thing to do , although i may not thorooughly enjoy it, but here's why i like to jog..

1) help to build up stamina for tkd
2) burn some fats on my stomache
3) it's cheap! in fact free!
4) not limited to any closing hours
5) helps to release stress both emotionally and physically
6) and the best thing of all i just discovered , i can have a pretty good prayer time with God, it's a personal time with God where since i'm alone and need to keep my mind of my tiredness, i'll talk to HIm.. so today run for 45 mins talk to him for 45 mins break my own record. but Thank God for that time.. =)
