a bit hard to accept that she is really gone. sometimes i think she is still in the nursing home, waiting there with a smile on a face. Most independent, strongest, futuristic, respectful elderly that I've ever known...

brain too saturated with work to think of too much..haven't gone training for a long time, miss it a lot. miss pole also...
finally could go workout with him.. afterall it 's what brought us together...
