Run350
Went for my 10km run this morning under the Run350 event and it was my first 10km.. okay granted .. i only run half the journey haha and walked with my colleague who sprain her hip and leg.. our time was an amazing 2 hours :p hehe. our other male colleagues who finished about 1hour... waited until they puke siah i think..
i still don't understand why ppl would pay to run in events like this.. hmm. waking up at 5am and k.o-ing the rest of the afternoon is quite a waste of time.. but though running in big groups together with absolutely no obligation is quite motivating actually and the scenery is of course SWEE.
never slept so hard before in the afternoon.. rare i have that chance.. been so busy working whole week and i even went back to work on sat late afternoon.. my other colleague was there too.. and i think my nights are gone for this week too. K.O until when my mum woke me up, i couldn't recall where i am. i realised too i can't sleep with aircon on.. couldn't sleep at all.. when i off it and llisten to the rhythmic sound of the fan spinning, i promptly fell asleep hard.... sigh. not meant to enjoy =p
Looking forward to the good friday holiday.. totally forgot about it until he reminded me..=) YES! now the week don't feel that bad afterall =)

week
too busy to post anything..finally has time to sit down...
a bit hard to accept that she is really gone. sometimes i think she is still in the nursing home, waiting there with a smile on a face. Most independent, strongest, futuristic, respectful elderly that I've ever known...
