I'm begining to love workout. Sundays ABT, Monday Aerboics /swimming, Wed aerobics, thurs swimming sat gym. And in case one gets the perception that i'm ultra fit, nope. In fact i'm still far from ideal.
Although my original motive and aim is to slim down, but now, i jsut love the feeling of sweating out in a good workout, the feeling after the workout. .. .. afterall, exercise is about feeling good about yrself.
actually recently i love the feeling of continuing on to torture and beat up my body through work outs, at end of the day I wanted to know that I have the discipline to continue on in a work out consistently.. Well, if the end prodcut is a slimmer body, why not, that's a bonus. though now the bonus still evades me like hell.
