Been utterly disgusted and disturbed by this video. Even more so than the little girl incident.

Not sure because you can see the woman so closely, it was such an idilic scene, she was just cooly waiting for the bank to open. In fact You can still hear her screaming after she was attacked. Within 15 mins , her life ended just like that in what was just a routine trip to the bank. She died not because she was mugged . She died because of the heartless ness of the people around her , for letting her bleed to her death. This is just utterly sick, I won't even bother to comment what in the world happen to the values of the china people . Probably all they see are $$.

Fitness sank to an all time low . Lost most of my arms strength. In fact felt giddy 3/4 tru body combat class. Sux manz, and with the stupid knee.

Sick down and out..

so tired of being sick.. the whole week the weather keep turning cold.. my office is winter wonderland (2 jackets and a woolen winter scarf and i'm contemplating mittens) driving me up the wall with my runny sneezy blocked nose..

and having to keep requesting MC and working from home is a hassle and not easy at all.. considering my line of work.. but truth is.. it's really intolerable in the office :( :( :(

it's been 2 months and my knee is still painful. THere goes chionging gym, going back tkd. = not working out enough/ releasing pent up energy with the punches = blues.. = poor him who need to suffer my mood swings.. *no good*

He has been really patient with my low moods for months now..

can't wait for my family trip to taiwan! hope can book a good date !!..

meanwhile.. after clearing 8 days, i'm still having 13.5 days as at January 2012.. got days but no time to clear..

By saying that singaporeans dislike foreign faces he obviously didn't get it at all.

Its not abt foreigners per se, if they are doing something useful that warrant them being a 'foreign talent' n they try to adapt to local culture that s still fine.

But it's when they are obviously nowhere near s foreign talent, refuse to adapt to local culture n force locals to adapt to theirs, that's when it gets on ppl s nerves.

I really feel those who like those loud music should just invest in a pair of gd ear phones, u know those folks on the train whose music u can gear as clearly as themselves ? I really feel b cos they have a damn lousy pair of ear phones - let music out n noises in. That's y they need to blast n the whole world can hear.

Looking forward to havin a gd break kn nov/dec .

It's a quieter birthday affair. Dinner w cell mates, sec sch frens, family bbqthanks to all these folks who got me a gift.

Mid Autumn Festival

Mid autumn festival during my child hood days. every year i'll reminisce about those years. You throw everything aside, pick up the sparkles & laterns, and run downstairs. There, you play with other kids, whoever is at the play ground..Run the swing with them, compete at the merry go round and see saw, play catching and simply throw all concerns into the wind and have fun.

Now i'm still eating the mooncake and drinking tea, still the same round moon, but yet now i'm busy working, stress level up and the mood is definitely different.

Those were the days..

Hmm my blogging app always throw out a word of the day and today s word is quite interesting: eye servant or in today s context , eye employee. They refer to ppl who do their job only when their boss or master is around. Interesting...

I miss going to work in casuals or in jeans and 3 quarts, I miss getting off work for weekends or public holiday and not having to worry or still having to work.

I wanna get back in momentum w my training but to think of all ppl, I would actually lose my motivation. I think I'm really worn out.

My new nick name: humpty dumpty. Fell on the escalator and slam my knee joint cos I tot I was still as agile as before, well apparently not. Hurt till I can't walk he had to carry me to doc. Had to stay at home for almost a week. Guess God feels that that's the only way to make me rest.

Anyway, just as I'm recovering, guess what? U got it, I fell down again within a week n yes it's on my knee again. ||| . that s when he start calling me humpty dumpty :p

Anyway enough of me whining, the doc medicine work enough for the swelling to go down but my leg ended up looking like that.



Anyway it did recover enough to get to comex I still can't climb up n down the stairs but can at least walk , n I zoom up grab come down n yes! Finally got the thing I ve been waiting for months! My canon camera!! Nope the stupid iPhone and the apps definitely can't match. It can't even match my previous beloved Sony camera Walkman phone. Now I got my s95 :)

Still not mind blowing pics that I ve taken bit it's mire the user issue than camera issue . Still im amazed by the amount of features they pack into a 'compact camera' wooo. And the diff modes does act make a damn difference lor, not like sone camera its only name sake.

Looks like I need to go for the product training by canon siah

Raffles Place

I'll miss the team in that project. i honestly like working with those people and nothing fake about it.

Officially my new chapter in life has started. New challenges new environment. New hates and loves. But thankfully i have the

same loving God who will see me through ups and downs - Perfect love drives out all fear.

Considering going back tkd.but checking out a MT studio near me.. so might see if that works out.. see if i can get back to my pole once in a while too. I need my life back.

it's something i absolutely agree... saw a couple in church today, whether it is an exchange of look, or a simultaneous searching of each other's hands, it shows the "mo qi" between the couple.

Think Singapore has disgusting drivers. Question of the day, when you see the car in front filter in, what do you do? Speed up, flash your light and horn loudly at the car, speed in front and jam break in front. My god, disgusting manners. Think my P plate is an obstacle than a help. the number of ppl that is nice to me cos i'm P plate i can count with just one hand..

enjoying being back at Raffles Place.. near my gyms =) once work settle down probably go back tkd in August.. so looking forward to it..finally having my workout routine again.. love the feeling of sweating it out and going to the sauna after that.. the nice scent of sandalwood & the dim lights.. in the heart of town a moment of peace and tranquility.. to rest your mind or to talk to God. ..

Really want to draw nearer to God , think something good came out of the 40DOC after all.. sister talking about fasting is having an effect on me... and it's my mum who reminded me to pray about work..

Excited but yet worried..

and not too long ago had iris's birthday celebration.. i love my family dinners..=)

So happy for xb & Jingyi of their excellent news.. =) end of the year is going to be busy for our cell.. 2 weddings & 2 delivery of babies =)

Met sheri in the gym on sat.. and she went "what happened to you? Didn't see u around didn't see u on fb even" alamak.. think i really become hermit for a while with my work.. hope it gets better...

Saw my jc mates.. we might not meet all the time during the last 12 years.. but i enjoyed every moment we meet up.. awesome bunch of ppl.. TJ went USA 1 and half years n came back.. finally Alvin came back after his one and half years.. now chiu kwo's turn to go HK permanently.. sigh..



Hope don't need to work late this week before my holidays.. THailand here i come! 11th to 18th. okay not that i'm super keen on thailand.. i just want a vacation, with my awesome sisters. So anywhere around is fine..=)

and our 6 months anniversary.. still a short time. but it feels like not too long ago that we started... but enjoying every moment.. =)
