So happy my mum agreed to let me install a bag at home, it wont beat going dojang but I can still practice my kicks punches get a really gd cardio n yet still come home more often => n I still save $ from the fees , solve my prob of parking also ... Whoppie!!!

Things I don't understand part 3

1. I don't understand why do people give up their seats for kids (when they are a bundle of energy and don't feel like sitting) but don't give up to old folks (who don't have energy and wanna sit)
2. I don't understand why people in bendy bus dont' move in when there's also another exit at the back.
3. Why are fat ppl always viewed upon negatively?
4. Why do guys like it that girls can whine and talk in a girly fashion?
5. Don't understand why some girls would wear a big stupid flower on their head as head band..

Sat through a tender presentation my boss did today. He was really good, smooth and convincing, man i can never talk like that.
But i really like what was being presented, and i like the fact that the particular organisation really takes a serious view about having their implementation plans process driven. Projects like that gets me excited. To help organisation walk through the entire journey from zero awareness to a certain level of BPM maturity, to help tie in the IT and business in one single platform and language. Except the "have-to-convince-others pitch" part, I suddenly got reminded once again why I choose BPM as my career path.

Discipline!
1st week of 2011 has passed n it has been a week of no discipline which is not good.
2011 would b a yr to grow closer to Him and illuminate my mind with His words. To recognize the fact that we r here on this earth to glorify God, and most important of all to make Him real in my life, but discipline to do wat I need to do.
Discipline also to stop eating so much aiyo rest enough n drink less so my stupid flu n chest wont acting up....discipline to get back Tkd training since my Std drop so much!

New year yeah, time flies we r already 6 days into the year.

BBQ at Treehouse
had a cell bbq at CSC's Treehouse, environment was excellent.. even though it was raining heavily.. but the bbq was sheltered, pity the pathway to the treehouse is not sheltered.. but i will definitely go back again.. maybe for family bbq.. :)

Resolutions!
Ahh.. it's that time of the year again.. Time for New year resolutions!
some people don't believe in NYR, but no matter whether you achieve them at all, it at least sets some direction for the new year ahead so at least you don't go through the year drifting around and regretting them at the end of the year...

That was my resolutions set last year.. but looks like the only thing that I've achieved is my black belt.. which i was really ecstatic about. something good happened in 2010 which wasn't expected, so that was a sweet ending to 2010 =) in my previous blog which i listed down the list of blessings, at the end of 2010, i have tonnes to thank God for.
Now for the new year,
1) Do a bible study of 3 minor prophets or 2 major books.
2) have a more consistent prayer time, talk to Him more.
3) Putting in more effort for cell ministry
4) Get training or certified in PM
5) spend more time at home / spread out my appointments so i don't end up going out every day...
6) try to lose 3 kg & maintain my TKD (improve my full range)
7) build up r/s
Whew.. that will do, walk with God, personal life, ministry, work and sports.. =)

A^E
finlly..over.... happy to see ray and sylvia married.. good for both of them :) hope they enjoy nz for their honeymoon :)though damn shag for rest of us.. but its fun, this batch of bros are fun and nice.. but then.. if they are good friends of ray, i'm sure they are nice ppl
second time in 2 years i gotta check into A&E myself... thurs overwhelmed with chest pain.call my insurance agent to check on payout (my friend suan me say u aregoing A^E n the first person u call is regardng payout *faint* )but he send me to hospital instead..by then i was squirming in pain and rolling around n they push me immediately to critical care.. although i was feeling better after medicine,but since i high risk n family history so had to stay in thruout the day for further observations..doc duno stupid or funny when he see me hesistate he still say "don'tworry , lunch and dinner provided" i'm like liew, like it's the first thing i'm worrying about like that... but thankfully discharged with possibility of heart attack ruledout.this week gotta go to SHC to see the cardiologist for further follow up..
guess the pain is on nd off.. yesterday night eat the painkillers, today feelbetter.. so chiong gym. but i gotta take it easy, just in case.but i miss working out.. 2whole weeks siah... tak boleh tahan liao..
aiyo..today,somebody comment, wah your shoulder like wearing shoulder pads hor...*slaps forehead*.... though the person meant it as "compliment",dunno whether to laugh or cry.. hahahha

Finally it's over. Dont need to keep thinking about the event Liao . Thank god for the many good things that had happened. But I got a feeling I screwed up, n I ended with a sinking feeling in my stomach.....n ended d night feeling I screwed big time in other areas...

week
my keyboard sux.. so i'm also not inclined to do anything on my pc anything that requires me to type a lot.
whole week fly by.. finally go back tkd training.. although only free to go down on monday ... holiday was spent at home being a maid..
watch harry porter on friday, even i'm not a fan and have not watched a single HP show.. but company was good and the night was enjoyable =), so it was a good start to weekend. then it was tkd night event and dinner... then crashed marc's friend's birthday..got a chance to check out suite at ritz carlton.. maybe i should do something like dat too..
another week ahead.. think i'm falling sick..looking forward to my leave on dec2 and the compulsory christmas week leave. i need a break manz.. (but wat's new?)

CAB driver
it feels so good to work out and push myself at the gym..w/o having to restrain myself.. easy to run since i'm watching Hulk and EMA on tv at the same time.. time flies like that...CANT WAIT TO GET BACK TO MY BAGS!
i love taking cabs..u find one of the most interesting folks there..some of cos are shitty.. but a huge majority are really nice to talk to. like this one today .. punjab pretty young for taxi driver.. 35.. but speaks fluent malay (his second language),speaks wonderful mandarin and hokkien. His hokkien is definitely better than mine.. very entertaining, funny and can really have TWO way conversation (notice some drivers are expert at carrying one way conversation :p),and he is a 2nd Dan tkd black belt.... hahahha....cool manz...this definitely left an impression.. plus he give 40 cents discount hoho.. possibly by entertaining him back.. hahah
it was a long weekend of church and family time. shiok that didn't do much, including gym(unfortunately-maybe that 's why monday blue so bad!)
super monday blue. poor philip gotta tahan me during lunch :p
